This series of fans can not only be used in industry with various kinds of coal or equipped with smoke and dust removal device, but also be used for heating boiler and porcelain kiln, the retrofit of old type boiler, and other air intake conditions, and the proper performance. The performance is appropriate, the intake temperature does not exceed 250 ℃ to use.

 

 

The series of fans are characterized by high pressure, large flow rate, high efficiency, low noise, flat performance curve, wide range of high efficiency and strong adaptability. For the consideration of economy, the C-type belt drive is adopted, the casing is welded inside, so the appearance is neat, the air inlet and transmission group can be ventilated across series, and different rotational speeds can be selected according to the actual situation. Then the ideal air volume and pressure are obtained.

 

The series of fans are made into single suction. The machine numbers are: 4, 4. 5, 5. 5, 5. 6, 6. 3, 8, and 10. According to the rotation direction of the impeller, two kinds of "left" and "right" turn can be made, that is, the fan is faced squarely from one end of the motor, If the impeller rotating clockwise, "right" rotation, usually do not mean. Conversely, for "left" rotation, as "left".

 

The air outlet position of the fan is expressed by the air outlet angle of the fan. "left" and "right" can be made into three angles: 0 degrees 90 degrees and 180 degrees.

 

 

This series fan consists of impeller, casing, inlet, adjusting door, transmission group and so on.

 

1. Impeller:

 

The impeller of the fan is a backward forward blade, which is divided into nine groups. Each group is made of a long and short blade, 16Mn. the shape of the blade is a twisted curved surface, welded between the arc wheel cover and the flat disk, and corrected by static and dynamic balance. Therefore, the series fan running smoothly, has higher strength and wear resistance, long service life.

 

2. Housing:

 

The casing is a whole of spiral case welded by steel plate, and its volute line has good aerodynamic performance. In this series of fans, there are big holes in the rear part of the shell for easy installation and maintenance.

 

3 . Air inlet :

 

The inlet of the series fan is a convergent streamline structure fixed by bolt and motor shell.

 

4. Regulating door:

 

Axially mounted in front of the inlet to adjust the flow of the fan. Adjustable range from full to full closure. The lift of the adjusting door looks from the inlet to the right. In order to use the regulating door, all parts work normally, Molybdenum disulfide high temperature lubricating grease was used.

 

5, transmission group:

 

The transmission group is composed of main shaft, bearing seat, etc. The series fan adopts rolling bearing. In the cooling mode, the fan is air-cooled. No. 8, No. 10 is water cooled (the unit is air-cooled below 0 ℃). The drive mode is 5, 5.6 and 6.3. The bearing box is equipped with an oil level indicator, the lubricating oil is 30, and the rest is lubricated with grease.
