3. Structural characteristics
 
The fan consists of impeller, motor, housing, set (guide) flow device, fixed support, shock absorber and so on. It is divided into horizontal installation and vertical installation of two specifications, and two forms of unilateral connection and two-sided connection pipe.
 
1) Fan impeller
 
The fan blade consists of a hub and a blade, and the fan blade is divided into three types: fixed, dynamic and static. The static or dynamic adjustable blade can be adjusted in the range of -7.5 °to 7.5 °, and the dynamic fan is divided into two types: pneumatic type and electric type. The blade angle can be automatically and electrically adjusted in the running state, and this method fills up the blank in our country.

Fixed blade angle is defined according to the operation condition of fixed angle; static adjustable refers to changes in design condition and use conditions of the case, unscrew the bolt petiole after shutdown, manually adjust the angle; dynamic adjustable wind turbine is in running state according to the use conditions required in the allowable range adjustable blade angle.
 
7) Anti-surge device
 
It can prevent the phenomenon of fan stall surge, ensure the fan to run in stable condition for a long time, such as pipeline blockage, battlefield device blockage or emergency, to ensure the safety and reliability of fan operation.
 
8) Fan shock absorber
 
According to the dynamic load of fan weight, linear speed, fixed blade angle, static adjustable blade angle and dynamic adjustable blade angle, different shock absorbers are arranged.
 
9) Fan disassembly and repair
 
The unilateral soft pipe is removed by the fan of one side and the bolt of the bottom foot is loosened; the fan of the bilateral connection first removes the two end soft pipe and loosens the bolt of the fixed bottom foot and the space section of a certain end (or anti-surge device), the fan position can be moved arbitrarily.
