1.Introduction for ordering

1.1  Please advise the Fan model, flow rate, pressure, speed and structure of fan50HZ or 60HZ.

1.2  If the fan on the deck, according to relevant provisions of the chassis thickness.

1.3  Please offer insulation class and protection class for fan motor (if not, the insulation class is F, protection class is IP55).

1.4  Our factory can offer the fans of special specification and usage according to the user's demands.

2. Use and maintenance:

2.1   Before installing the fans, should check whether each part is intact, whether the components are complete, whether the impeller and casing rotating direct are concordant.

2.2   When installing the duct of the inlet and outlet, should make the duct and fans be spontaneous identical, not join them forcing, not bring the weight of duct on the fans.

2.3  After installed the fans, check whether there is friction of collide between the impeller and the fixed parts by rotating the impeller. If collision, friction, loud noise or strong vibration happened, the fan should be restart after checking.

Avoid the fan being bumped and other substance or liquid entered the fans. Please clean the dust on blade of impeller in time, so as not to b
reak the balance and strengthen the noise.

2.4  The  fans should be started-up while the inlet is opening,

2.5  After the fans wiring, the terminal box should be sealed, avoid the air or water in it.

2.6  As the fans operating, the motor electric current should be control strictly, not exceed the rated electric current. Avoid the motor burning,

2.7  The fans maintain must be done on stop working time. When burning, after check, should whether the every part of fans is normal.

2.8  As some fault occurred in fans operating, should find out the reason in time and think a way of resolution.

3. Explosion-proof grade:
Explosion-proof mark of explosion-proof fan could be ExdIIBT4, ExdIICT4,ExdIICT5 or others.
Dangerous explosive mixtures are graded according to their ability of spreading explosion; they are grouped according to their ignition temperature.

4. Protection class:

The main function is to prevent man from damage of electricity or rolling and or to prevent solid object, water, oil from entering. 
It conforms to GB4942 and IEC 34-5.

5. Insulation grade and temperaure rise limit:
It is necessary to separate with insulation material between electric parts and casing. Life of insulation material with insulation degree of its material and temperature have very closed relations. The motor is a element to conversion the energy and signal.
The motor consume energy itself during its running. Temperature rising is caused by energy consumption. Normally insulation degree and limit of temperature rise in method of resistance check are according to the follow table.It is according to GB755 and IEC34-1.
