At 6:18 on the morning of February 28, the 300-ton oil tanker “Chang-burn 69” built by Zhongjiang Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. for Sinopec Changjiang Fuel Co., Ltd. successfully sailed out of Hong Kong.
The ship is a double-machine scull, double rudder, double bottom double shell, steel single deck (with black rod), diesel propulsion, main supply and distribution closed cup flash point greater than 60 °C for sailing in the Yangtze River trunk line and the Three Gorges reservoir area. Fuel oil and oil tanker for barreled oil.
